Rights & AI policy

Claimed pages only

A CreatorMusic page exists only when the artist creates it and proves they control at least one of their accounts (X sign-in, or a code placed in a YouTube, Audius, Suno, SoundCloud, Bandcamp or other profile). We don't create pages for artists who haven't signed up, and we don't scrape anyone's catalog. Everything on a page is added by its artist.

We link and embed. We never host audio.

Tracks play through each platform's official player, and buttons send fans to the platform to stream or buy. If a track is removed at the source, it stops playing here. We store links, titles and the artist's rights statements, not audio files or copied artwork.

AI disclosure

Every track is labeled Human, Hybrid, AI-assisted or Fully AI by its artist. AI-made music is welcome on every chart. Voice clones or imitations of real people without written permission are not, and neither are covers, flips or remixes of other people's songs without a license. Note that some AI tools only allow commercial use on paid plans; artists are responsible for following their tool's terms.

Platform data

Charts rank on CreatorMusic votes only. Where shown, YouTube view counts come from the YouTube Data API, are labeled, are refreshed at least every 30 days, and are never used in rank. We don't scrape Suno, Spotify, Udio, Bandcamp, Audiomack or any other site.

Takedowns

If something here infringes your rights, use the takedown form. We act on notices within 24 hours, and we remove repeat infringers.

Licensing

Licensing is coming after legal review. Nothing is for sale. When it launches, licenses will be issued by artists, and their fingerprints recorded on the XRP Ledger as a public, tamper-evident record. That record proves a license existed unchanged; the rights themselves come from the artist and the contract.

Privacy

We use sign-in only to know who owns a page and to weight votes. We never post for you. Votes are stored with salted hashes rather than IP addresses. Nothing personal is ever written to a blockchain, only chart fingerprints. There are no ad trackers.

Not affiliated

CreatorMusic isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Spotify, Suno or Billboard. "Creator Music" is also the name of a YouTube Studio feature; we're a separate, independent service.
